• Students will tell what their names are, the name of another person and learn the subject pronouns el and ella.
• Students comprehend the question, "Como te llamas tu?", "Como se llama tu maestra?", "Como se llama el?", "Como se llama ella?" 
• Students will answer the question using the phrase, "Me llamo________", "El/Ella se llama_________",  "Mi maestra se llama________".

Second Grade

             

• Students will use the verb HAY to provide information about their school and continue to practice daily classroom routines.
• Students will comprehend the question: "Que hay en tu escuela?" and "Que no hay en tu escuela?"
  
• Students will answer the question using the phrase, "En mi escuela hay________", "En mi escuela no hay________".
